Breakaway Music Festival with Project Focus

Project Focus works with young adults with developmental disabilities across Tampa Bay, using music, dance, and movement to build confidence, communication, and independence.

Before gates opened at Breakaway — 30,000-plus fans, stadium-scale production — the festival brought Project Focus students behind the scenes: stages, sound rigs, the machinery of a show. For students whose passion is music, standing where the artists stand isn’t a tour. It’s proof of access.
